So, back in December 1896 … this happened:

Back in December 1896, an ingenious New York entrepreneur came up with the idea of selling warm plum pudding to hungry cyclists. And so, he had a tricycle restaurant built.
According to the article: “The plan of the bicyclist caterer is to start out early New Year morning and serve plum puddings all day to riders … Opening down from the front of the tricycle is a table. Upon this the bicyclist is served. A chafing dish can be placed upon it or a little oil stove. The caterer spreads a cloth on the board and gets out his cooking apparatus and the pudding. The bicyclist does all the rest.”

That could be what I need to get back onto the bike!
